Lecithin promotes cognitive and mental performance as well as proper functioning of the whole nervous system. It contributes to the maintenance of optimum cholesterol level in blood and it supports fat metabolism.
Kelp contributes to the gastrointestinal health of the organism. It enhances digestion, preservation of health intestinal function as well as their performance including normal bowel movement. It helps control body weight by increasing the feelings of fullness and by supporting the volume of fibres in intestines. The iodine contained is important for cognitive functions, energetic metabolism, the activity of the nervous system, normal skin condition, formation of thyroid hormones and the functioning of the thyroid.
Vitamin B6 supports normal cysteine synthesis and its metabolism, energetic metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, the activity of the nervous system including mental activity, formation of red corpuscles and the function of the immune system. It reduces fatigue and exhaustion. It improves the regulation of hormonal activity.

Recommended dosage
1 softgel 3× a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 3 softgels: Soya bean oil; soya lecithin 300 mg; apple cider vinegar 120 mg; polishing agent: yellow beeswax; Kelp (seaweed) 75 mg containing 19 µg of iodine, i. e. 12,7 % NRV*; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10,5 mg (750 % NRV*). Gelatin softgel. NRV* = Nutrient reference values

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The product  is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended  daily dosing. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Store  in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date  indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
