Serve it as breakfast or snack, alone or in combination of marmalade, compote or fresh fruit. We recommend consumption of ENERGY CORN STAR daily at least 3-4 days prior to race or at least unrepeatedly 1-3 hours prior to performance for increasing of glycogene storage.
