ENERGY CORN STAR
Directions for use
For adults 4 measuring spoons (50 g) of powder mix in 150 – 200 ml of water or milk into a puree, for kids from 12 yo 2 measuring spoons (25 g) in 70 ml, pro kids from 3 yo 1 measuring spoon (15 g) a day. Serve it as breakfast or snack, alone or in combination of marmalade, compote or fresh fruit. We recommend consumption of ENERGY CORN STAR daily at least 3-4 days prior to race or at least unrepeatedly 1-3 hours prior to performance for increasing of glycogene storage.
